Nausea/vomiting/diarrhea can be a sign of many different issues. My guess, though, it that it is some type of flu. Otherwise, have you been on any antibiotics over the last few weeks? Did you have food poisoning before your symptoms? I’d also suggest taking another pregnancy test. Sometimes they are wrong. To me, it seems that all your symptoms point towards a pregnancy or a flu bug. Just my opinion. =) I’d contact your doctor if it continues or gets worse.

It sounds like the flu to me. You can get sick to your stomach but that usually doesn’t start right away.. my first symptom has always been sore breasts.there is a chance…but more than likely it is just a form of pms but you should contact your doctor to be sure. hope everything works outyou [...]
hmmm, food poisoning?no, I don’t think you have diahrea when you’re pregnant. At least that not one of the major signs of it. I think.It could be that but i would talk 2 ur doctor 4 safety reasons. diarrhea pregnancy

If your chronic yellow diarrhea started suddenly, with no other symptoms, it was probably caused by a bacterial or viral infection that you may have picked up from infected food or water. In fact, such diarrhea is commonly called traveler’s diarrhea because it is common to suffer from it after traveling to another country.
Treatment and Prevention
No matter the cause, chronic yellow diarrhea should be treated by first drinking lots of fluids rich in electrolytes, as the biggest health danger from diarrhea is dehydration. To prevent diarrhea, eat several small, healthy meals per day and always wash your hands before you eat. Be careful where you get your food and water, especially if you are in a foreign country. In addition, avoid fatty foods and anything containing caffeine or alcohol, as these foods and drugs are known to trigger and aggravate diarrhea.
